I wanted to do this blog in English because I wanted you to hear what I had to write.
You are an amazing boy, part of an amazing village: the Web.
People from all over the world were glad to hear about you. And those people wanted to say: « Eh! I am a friend!. I want to go to your birthday party on facebook ».
I am so glad your mother had this idea and it makes me smile when I follow your story. Enjoy your special day. Hope you are surrounded by birthday cards and clicks.
P.S. for your mother
You did more for a lot of people’s mental health with this link than I, a psychiatric and mental health nurse, can ever do in a year. I don’t reach 1,9 m in a few days nor do I get them involve in the recovery of someone like your son.
The Web, like humans, is not so nice at times and do thing we don’t relate to. But because of people like you, the Web can make us smile, laugh, or be proud as in the Olympics.
Thanks for sharing your son’s story and giving us an occasion to lighten your load.
Je pense à vous,
XXX, and a hug.
